We were there the last few days and the manager hostess made us feel like gold. When we were there the food was second and none I had a fruit cup two different days and they must ripen the fruit in the back just to make sure it’s served perfectly. I think a lot of restaurants could learn how to do that for this one. Every staff person that came over and helped with the service was just amazing. They made us feel so warm and so comfortable there and they tried to make sure we could sit at a window if a window was open. It’s one of those restaurants that I will remember with Mount Juliet

What does value for money mean? It means Lady Helen. We were there June 6th for a birthday. We will never forget it. Skip 3 or 4 meals out that will be soon forgotten in exchange for one night in this restaurant that will live long in the memory, linger sensually on the palate and will lift your spirits for days and weeks afterwards. Food at the highest level infused with care and expertise that will take your breath away. If you can get there then just go and experience it.

The absolute highlight of our Ireland tour. A fantastic restaurant with exceptionally good service. You get the impression that the restaurant, or rather the building it's in, belongs to the waiters themselves, as they explain and show you everything with such enthusiasm. The food was of absolutely top quality; the main course is served and explained personally by the chef (at every table). You feel like you're among friends; we truly had an exceptionally wonderful evening! Thank you to the entire team at Lady Helen!

26/07/2026: Went here today for a bite to eat. It was absolutely delicious. Just had chicken wings and onion rings. plus its dog friendly and they have gluten free menu
22/06/2026: Pulled in here on a quiet Monday evening 22nd June. No waiting time for a table and food was out quick also. Well worth it. Food is good and service is quick and friendly. Bbq chicken wings for starters ( big portion) Steak sandwich for mains (Ciabatta) Pavlova for dessert Car park is massive could even hold trucks. Hard shoulder is big enough for trucks if they were just stopping for food. Plus there is a pitch next door with room For overnight parking outside it. All and all a great spot to stop. And truckers won’t lose much time waiting on food if there just there to eat. €45 serious value for money. ( 2 soft drinks included in that price also)
