Their food feels like lying down on your bed after a long road trip and sleeping until late enough in the morning where you have the time to do whatever you want but not too early when you feel like you can’t do anything. In other words their food is amazing! I would recommend the Lana Special Fried Rice. The sauce tastes really sweet!

We ordered online for take out. The food was ready in less than 15 mins, and the staff were lovely and friendly. Food was delicious- great that so many of the options can be made vegan! We had the Singapore noodles and the Nasi Goreng, both with vegetables and tofu.

Looove ordering from Lana, and sometimes even the random day to eat there. Food is yummy, so far a great choice for Asian in Galway

Maldron Hotel Sandy Road Galway

03/08/2026: Room was not clean. - Lights and bathroom were very dusty - Toilet was unclean - Shower had black mould - Milk sachets were out of date - Bed linen was ripped - Under the bed was not cleaned from previous stays At breakfast, we were not informed about ordering different eggs. We spent a substantial amount on the stay for 2 nights. The price did not in anyway reflect the cleanliness of the room.
21/07/2026: Good hotel. Tasty restaurant, but you need to improve your service. Waiting 1.5 hours for a meal is definitely too long.

19/09/2026: Absolutely great food, vegetarian options are available but you're out of luck if you're a strict vegan. Loved the tea none the less
