Lanigans Bar in Kilkenny

This place is great for music and beer. They have a giant tv on the wall. Do not eat the fish and chips. It's gooey and undercooked batter. The fish doesn't taste fresh. Beer is good. People are good. We didn't try anything else but the burgers that other people were served looked pretty amazing.

Mientras que Lanigans fue recomendado por un lugareño yo estaba dudoso después de leer las opiniones más recientes. No reflejaban nuestra experiencia. Tuvimos un buen servicio, buena música, delicioso pescado y patatas fritas cocinado perfectamente. La cerveza y la sidra eran buenas. Probé el pudín de toffee pegajoso por primera vez . . muy bueno pero definitivamente compartible, especialmente después de pescado con papas fritas y cerveza. Algunos lugareños también pasaron por aquí, así que no es solo para turistas. Por un poco de música irlandesa y buena comida volvería si alguna vez vuelvo a Kilkenny.

Bruschetta and stripoint beef was good. We came for live music and we waren't disappointed !

Unfortunately we didn't eat completely well, and our experience in this place wasn't excellent, we ordered a fish and chips and a cheeseburger, the sandwich was ok, not bad, the fish however was terrible, not much fish and really a lot of batter, badly fried and soaked in oil. really a shame. The service was also bad, they hadn't even seated us before they asked us what we wanted to order and drink. Excellent location!
