Had a terrific meal at Lanigan's Bar The Bangers & Mash and Stew was absolutely delicious washed down with a couple of Kilkennys and finished up with a Irish Coffee. Great vibe and pleasant place to eat.

The best Cottage Pie I’ve ever had. Our waitress recommended Kilkenny Beer to me, and it is now one of my favorite beers. Very nice pub with great staff.

River Court Hotel

19/08/2025: Ideal place to stay made very welcome, staff very nice, food very good I’ll be back again soon
18/08/2025: Good location and parking at the hotel. Friendly staff and great service. Our room was right above the air conditioning units, which meant noise until 10 p.m. We tried to move to another room, but everything was fully booked. Another issue was that the parking was a bit disorganized, often blocking the entrance and exit.

01/05/2025: The food was delish! One of the top 3 meals during our week in Ireland. We would definitely eat here again:D We had the focaccia, the baby potatoes, roast carrots, & the trout for dinner. Great service, James was attentive and was a great conversationalist. We loved everything we ordered, so just had to try their sticky toffee pudding, again one of the top 3 desserts we had during our week in Ireland:D Can't wait to come back and eat here again on our next trip!
28/03/2025: Das beste Essen seit langem. Grandiose Küche mit tollen Gerichten. Ochsenbäckchen butterweich - Gnocchi...ein Geschmackserlebnis - Porc mit Kruste und feiner Jus. Für mich die Nr. 1 in Kilkenny. 😍
