I don’t know why this hotel has such a low rating… The rooms were good… The staff were phenomenal. Sure it is a bit dated but that adds to the charm. I only request would be for them to add beans back onto the breakfast menu.

This is a dated hotel which has modernised parts of the hotel and in my opinion the most important parts. So the bedding is fabulous, TV is state of the art, the breakfast is delicious and plentiful, staff are very helpful and the hotel couldnt be more central. It's a great place for a weekend.

We had such a fabulous cousins reunion made all the more enjoyable by the staff, particular thanks to the loveliest waitress at breakfast Iwapa, her hospitality was next level! ...and the lovely lady at reception, we'll be back for sure, thank you so much! xx

Great hotel, big comfy bed, nice bathroom, friendly helpful staff. The only disappointment was that the breakfast could be better quality tastier products. Deserves more than its 3 star rating

13/10/2025: You can not help not being impressed with this beautifully restored building where every element is tastefully done and finished to a very high standard. The late check-in option worked perfectly and the bedrooms although a little on the small side had everything you needed and were immaculately presented Roisin was very welcoming, super helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Fantastic breakfast, continental with a few hot breakfast specials and able to cater for a coeliac member of a party Highly recomend
19/08/2025: Perfect location for central Dungarvan, plus free parking just outside. Lovely staff (especially Roisin). Nice breakfast. Rooms on the small side but fine for a few days. We will be back.

The 2 Sisters Restaurant

01/11/2025: While the food is gorgeous. The staff arnt the best, when you walk in and stand there waiting for a table none of the staff make eye contact with you just ignore you while they doing something, you should be spotted straight away and even just told to wait a minute and ill be right with you. Tables were left and not cleared. It's a bit of a grimy feel to to it but only for the food is lovely I wouldn't go back.
11/09/2025: Here you can have a good breakfast no reservation necessary
