I had breakfast here. Delicious food and a beautiful place.

Style and elegance with staff that are obliging and courteous. Food is outstanding and the rooms are spacious. Very centrally located which was a major reason we chose it for our function.

I would highly recommend this hotel for any occasions its amazing location

The bed was fabulous. The room was nice, the toiletries basic enough, I felt for the standard of the hotel, they could be more luxurious. The hotel itself was very plush & welcoming

We had our wedding in Lawlors in December 2025 and to say it was everything we wanted and more is an understatement. The staff couldn't have done enough for us, the food was second to none and the rooms were so spacious and comfortable. Not only were we thrilled with it, our guests were raving about it also.

We recently had our wedding at lawlors hotel and we could not be happier. It was a beautiful venue and the staff couldn't be more helpful . They took the stress out of our day. Such a beautiful venue. The staff involved in our day were fantastic. Some to name . Stephen Beggs . He honestly made everything so much easier. He is fantastic at his job 👏. Cameron and Tom they were absolute gentlemen and helped us so much during the day . Big thank you to Korey at reception she was so kind and was so helpful all the way leading up to the wedding. Thank you to Helen and Karen for setting the room up fantastic. You all did amazing 🖤. We can't thank you all enough. Stacey & Scott xx

I want to preface this by saying that I am not seeking any form of compensation, nor am I writing simply to complain. However, there is an issue with the kitchen that I feel needs to be addressed. As part of my meal, I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo. Naturally, I was expecting a pasta dish with chicken, tomato, and a creamy white wine sauce. While the dish arrived with most of these elements present, it was missing what should have been its defining feature — the sauce. What was served appeared to be a sauce that had split, leaving a noticeable pool of oil collecting at the bottom of the plate. Upon receiving the dish and noticing the oil almost immediately, I mentioned it to a server, who indicated that they believed this was how the dish was intended to be prepared. Accepting that explanation, I kept the dish, initially assuming the oil might have been residual olive oil used to prevent the pasta from sticking. In terms of individual components, the chicken was succulent and well-cooked, and the tomatoes were fresh and full of flavour. The pasta itself was acceptable, though slightly denser than my personal preference. Unfortunately, the sauce was extremely bland, lacking even basic seasoning such as salt, and contributed very little to the dish overall. As I continued eating, the issue became more apparent, with the oil separating further and pooling more heavily at the bottom of the plate. It was clear at this stage that the sauce had completely broken, leaving the dish overly oily and increasingly unpleasant to eat. I finished as much as I reasonably could, attempting to drain excess oil from the pasta, but the experience was no longer enjoyable. Before leaving, I did ask a server to inform the kitchen of the issue, and I sincerely hope that feedback was passed on. A dish served in this condition does not meet an acceptable standard and, beyond affecting enjoyment, an excessive amount of oil is also a health concern. My intention in sharing this feedback is simply to help ensure this issue can be avoided in the future. Please see photo attached.
