Beautiful hotel, staff very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Food ok service very slow nearly an hour waiting

The stars tell it all. Beautiful rooms, service was second to none. The location is ideal, smack in the middle of Naas town. The food served was excellent. During our stay we tried a meal in the function room (wedding), carvery& Bar food and breakfast. All the food was of excellent quality. As Arnie says " We'll be back"

Service was a bit slow in the bistro

This hotel has officially joined the 21st century, it was a lovely surprise, beautiful reception area, friendly check in staff, very big room with a great shower.

Hannah & Korey at Reception were so helpful answering all our queries & were very welcoming.The room was large & clean, with a modern design and lift access to all floors. Power shower was great and room temperature was easy to set.There was a water station near our room. Dinner and breakfast in the Bistro was lovely and served by great staff. We had lunch served in the very elegantly designed lobby cafe, which was a pleasure to dine in. The underground parking was free for hotel guests. Will return.

I cannot stress enough how AMAZING my stay in lawlors was. From check in where the girls were all so welcoming , warm and chatty . (Sorry I didnt catch anyones name I think one ladies badge said Brenda). Then arriving to a room which had little chocolates , a welcome note, robes , slippers , they even had little toothbrushes in a box that said "something to make you smile" . The added touches felt above and beyond. We then ordered room service and after a few minutes a lady knocked to say one dish had run out and wished to know what else we would like , she then made sure that it would be up as quick as possible and added free side of chips for the wait which we didnt mind at all. The dinner was very tasty , we had the massala curry and fettucini pasta. The beds are very comfortable and found the shower and facilites great. The breakfast the next day was also brought to our room and the food was divine , there was plenty of it so we couldnt finish it but divine all the same! The lady who delivered breakfast even made sure to ask us to check the dishes before she left to make sure it was satisfactory for us. Every member of staff gave a very pleasant smile and had great customer service. Will definitely be returning again soon!

We booked it via booking.com to get discount on a superior room for 228 euro. I requested a bath as we don't have one and being pregnant we really needed that :) After a bit of back and forth we secured a bath. The room was lovely, warm and comfy. Also clean. And there was a bath. That was all perfect I cluding lovely reception staff. The dinner at Vi's though was pretty atrocious. I got glazed beef as a treat. And it was a disaster. The beef was so fat a clot of guey thing was intertwined with the meat so I had to swap the meal with my husband who had chicken. Otherwise I wouldn't have eaten anything as there were no chips or potatoes with it just a half a roasted spud. We paid a total of 75 euro for that "treat" so never again. Hotel lovely, dinner food avoid. Breakfast lovely :) Overall 4* only down due to dinner experience.

We celebrated my husbands birthday in Lawlors on Saturday evening.The service was exceptional. Our server was attentive, yet not intrusive. The whole team worked together to provide a flawless eating experience. We never had to ask for anything twice. Would 100% recommend.
