02/04/2024: If you you're American or you've had authentic Southern style bbq before you’ll be disappointed. For Irish standards it was OK, I'd recommend DeRoistes instead. What was wrong? The brisket was smothered in bbq sauce, this is not how it's served in Texas. The slices should be a quarter inch thick with a crunchy salt and pepper bark on top. This brisket was sliced as thin as wafer ham with zero bark. The pulled pork was dry and not pulled, more so in small chunks. The ribs were also dry and not really falling off of the bone as they should. The cajun fries and corn on the cob were good but these are sides not the main attraction. The chili beef nachos for starter was also good. All in all it was middling but a long way off of authentic Texas style low and slow bbq
