Lovely spot on the seafront, seating outside. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful. We had the Full Irish and the Poached Eggs/Avocado are were pleasantly full!

Excellent sandwiches, with some modifications also in a vegetarian/vegan version and at a good price. Very friendly and helpful staff, I recommend lunch here if you're passing through Cobh!!

A busy little greasy spoon cafe with some extra dishes! Very friendly service, good sized portions and reasonable prices. We tried the full Irish and it's vegetarian counter part. A little salty for my taste but overall no real complaints! đź‘Ť

During our visit to Cobh, we decided to have lunch at this restaurant, as we have read nice opinions. Even if we had to wait half an hour, we really enjoyed the dishes and the staff was quick and very friendly.

Had breakfast here yesterday. I enjoyed my breakfast ciabatta so much I didn't notice that I spilt relish down my jumper. Wife pointed it out later and I smiled as I reminisced about the breakfast. Id recommend.

27/03/2025: Not a bad place for a sit down. Small and cosy with a fake fire, it sells a good range of beers. Would be happier to see perhaps a low carb beer (which incidentally doesn't seem to exist in ireland), and if they are bothering with teas and coffees, throwing a green or herbal tea into the mix wouldn't cost them anything. By the way, as per most pubs in Cobh, no food. I guess most are just small bars.
21/02/2025: Had a great time the Guinness was great the bar staff were lovely . Didn’t eat but pub had a great atmosphere. The Guinness tasted particularly good here

30/03/2025: Two excellent breakfasts at Ellen’s this week. Really enjoyed French toast, pancakes and eggs. Staff were fantastic and facilities spotless!
