Best coffee in Kilkenny, best food too! I love their seasonal ginger bread people, so cute and fun to call them a gingerbread person and they're delicious! The staff are so nice as well!

The absolute best coffee in Kilkenny, without a doubt! I go several times a week. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The coffee shop is nicely decorated, warm, and comfortable. If anyone asks me for a suggestion for coffee, brunch, and lunch, I always point them to Low Lane!

08/01/2026: The room was old in a good way! It seemed to have been an old studio apartment from 100+ years ago. The furniture was a bit gaudi, but fine. The bed was great and we slept the best we had in the whole trip. Little things were a miss, but nothing that made us bring down the rating. Service was spot on. The biggest pluss was that the hotel is close to evey attraction.
02/01/2026: Had a work night out here. Food was beautiful and service was excellent.

03/01/2026: Excellent Irish poet breakfast. Delicious!
02/01/2026: I had a chicken burger, chips, salad & coleslaw and a couple of pints of Guinness. My wife had Shepard's pie, which was a very generous helping. Absolutely fabulous and we found we couldn't finish the amount served up. The food took a while, but well worth the wait. Everything was fresh & piping hot. We will return again shortly, this time I'll post photos
