Lukers bar in Shannonbridge

Terrible venue for this music. You are standing in a shed without even a table to put your drink on. These are fantastic musicians who you want to sit down and listen to, not stand in a mosh pit for 2 hours holding your pint. For €35 I expect more.

What a hidden gem! Our first stop in Ireland and we were greeted with such friendliness by the lovely man serving us. Food was amazing, so flavoursome and he explained the history of the pub and showed us around the old bar. We felt so welcomed, thank you!

Such a lovely quaint village pub that is actually quite a large pub/entertainment venue with large function rooms to the rear , the pub allows campervan to park at the rear . The food is simply delicious and competitively priced , they had local artist music on the night we were there and they were very professional. The Guinness is simply creamy deliciousness, the bar is filled with locals all having good craic and telling their yarns . This is a very homely welcoming place to visit and I thoroughly recommend it .

August 2025 On our bike tour, we were allowed to put up our tent for the night in the backgarden. Sean welcomed us, we had a great chat and we enjoyed a drink on the pub’s terrace overlooking the Shannon.

I was lucky to be able to drink a beer in front of the fireplace. Then we moved to the beautiful restaurant room next door where we had delicious food overlooking the river. Finally, the owner gave us a tour of the old pub from 1775

Went to a music event here. Such a cozy place. Staff were all lovely and friendly. Service was great and beautiful views outside. Food looked amazing, look forward to going back and trying some.
