Currently sat here having a pint with my husband and my puppy! They're pet friendly and the place is full of history. Good atmosphere 🥰 (we only had drinks)

The Seafood Chowder was absolutely delicious! Everything was good and freshly cooked.

You want some history, come to this bar/grocery store/restaurant The man mcarthy who owned it has an amazing history and his family still run this place, but maybe not for much longer as the bloodline has gone. See it before it's to late and ask the current owner (great granddaughter i think) a beautiful lady who can show you the medals, the samuri sword and the history of the late Mr Mcarthy. The seafood chowder is to die for. All reasonably priced. Go there before it's to late.

Nice pub with good beer selection, nice ladies behind the bar. We only had a drink here.

Lovely bar during the day. One of the only places open for lunch Mon - Wed. It was very busy when we went but they found us a table. There's some great history to the bar and the owner is a Watford fan. Lots of character and great food. Would recommend a visit.
