We had our wedding Day 2 in MacGabhann's in June 2026 and had a wonderful experience. Amanda was a pleasure to deal with in the run-up and the set-up on the day was brilliant. Great selection of food and all of our guests were very impressed 👌 would highly recommend for a Day 2 or any function 💖

Fantastic dinner stop in Cavan on our road trip back to Dublin! I visited with friends from Mexico, Bolivia, and Honduras, and we absolutely loved it. The steak was cooked to perfection, the Caesar salad was delicious, and the carbonara was a generous, tasty portion. Huge thanks to Amanda for her incredibly sweet and attentive service. Highly recommend! 5/5 stars.

Fabulous caring staff! We brought our young family here for dinner this evening and we were so well looked after. Goujons, chicken curry and Philly cheese steak all gorgeous. Ideal for a stop on our journey, we will remember MacGabhanns for again.

We had our wedding day-two celebration in MacGabhanns over the May bank holiday weekend, and honestly, we had the best time! From the very first message, Amanda was so kind and helpful, which made everything feel easy and stress-free in the lead-up. It really meant a lot to us.
We’re still hearing from guests about how much they enjoyed the night, which says it all. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. I’d happily recommend it to anyone planning a party, a day-two, or any kind of special occasion.

Food was very very nice here the beef my partner was the nicest he ever had he said and i tasted it i can confirm was the softest beef i have ever had also i want to thank a women dont know her name but she kindly let me order from the bar menu i had been looking at online and the food was 10 /10 very good and friendly service

We had our day 2 wedding celebrations in MacGabhanns and it was fantastic. The food was delicious, it's a great venue overall with very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely spacious function room for music and dancing. The owner was so helpful in planning our day 2. Thanks so much again.
