Really nice pub, we were very well received by the staff, no reservation needed. Excellent and very generous meal. If I come back to Dublin, I'll definitely go back to this pub. And even the decor is truly magnificent.

A typical Dublin eatery. Good stew and generous portions of fish with the chips. Nice waiter Jerry. Toilets old and dated, and unfortunately smelling of urine in the men's.

It was our first ever trip to Ireland and this was the highlight of our trip. The people who work here are so incredibly lovely. We felt like in a home away from home. And the food was great too!

The Pepper Pot

26/10/2026: I only had a coffee with a sandwich; the coffee and the special sandwich were very good, highly recommended. When I went early in the afternoon, I found a table easily, but I know it's difficult to find a place.
22/10/2026: Really nice cafe with a cosy atmosphere and a lovely selection of food. The Pepper Pot is a great place to stop for a relaxed breakfast, lunch or coffee while spending time in the city. The setting has plenty of character and it feels like somewhere you can comfortably sit down and enjoy your meal.

18/10/2026: Delicious burgers, perfect Guinness, an open fire and loads of snugs for privacy. Probably Dalkeys best pub.
