Mahers Pure Coffee in Cork

We order the hazelnut coffee regularly and have done for years. Everyone compliments our coffee when they come to our house. We've tried several of their coffees which are all great but we always come back to the hazelnut. Have to finally leave a review when I got a shipping notice today 30minutes after I ordered. We always visit the shop when we're down in Cork and the smell of freshly roasted beans is divine. We've already recommended this place to all our friends.

Mahers is my favourite place to buy coffee. While the online order process is perfect, and delivery is always on time, I would encourage everyone to visit the store in person, the service is spot on, the variety of coffee is unparalleled, and they go beyond every time.

No order details given, order was confirmed, was even asked to leave a review but no order information. I ordered on the 18th of Dec. Forced to download an app with zero details and had to then setup an account sync my email for no reason all just to see a blank page stating I made an order, no tracking, no idea if it's even shipped. Defo someone is not getting their gift now and I cant even tell them when it might arrive, poor order process. If I don't hear back today il cancel and order from somewhere local where I know I'm actually getting my goods Update - Maher apologized and refunded the delivery, order did eventually arrive quite a few days later. I appreciate the actions they took to resolve the matter
