After a long day exploring the Ring of Kerry, we had a great dinner at Colgan’s during our stay at the Muckross Park Hotel. The Guinness beef stew, pan roasted Atlantic salmon, & apple crumble tart were all fantastic!

One of the better pub experiences, excellent service, the food was hit or miss. I love their apple crumble dessert a lot! The rib eye at medium was too chewy.

17/03/2026: In to the local for the dinner on paddy’s day did not disappoint. Sea bass and prawns didn’t last long 😮‍💨 big shout out to Amy who makes it all happen from Henno 💪❤️
