Malay Kitchen in Cork

The food is really good and definitely worth trying. There are quite a lot of vegan options. Too bad about the cleanliness. The place is very cramped, there are few tables and they aren't cleaned very often except by whoever just left them. Since there's no table service, no restroom, and not great cleanliness, I'd expect slightly lower prices. The food, though, is really tasty, and the staff are kind and friendly.

We needed a change of pace from Irish food, and this place delivered! There are very few tables as most people do takeout, but we found a table and ordered beef pho (medium) and kimchi ramen with chicken (spicy). Both were delicious! The kimchi broth was very unique and there were lots of noodles and veggies. The pho had a lot of beef and veggies as well. They don’t hold back on the spicy, so make sure you want that. I think they could have a restaurant five times bigger and it would still fill up. I would love to go back and try their other rice and noodle dishes.

No MSG so good normal authentic Malaysian food.Great pit stop on the way home from the gym as its very healthy.I would highly recommend

Delicious vegan green curry with tofu and friendly service.

I enjoyed the rendang beef curry, very flavourful but felt there was a lot of potatoes acting as fillers and very little beef/protein for the price.

Small and busy place but we had a good time here. The food was amazing!! Great Char Kway Teow with full of “Wok Hei”😅. Highly Recommend

Went there for dinner with my brother. I got the masaman curry and it was delicious. The portion was large too. I got a lot of chicken in my meal. I have food allergies and loved that the menu by the door outside tells you what allergies are in what dish. I loved how they split the menu into different sections like stir fry, noddles, rice dishes etc. It is very small inside but if you can get a seat there go in if you want dinner. They also do these drinks, Palestine cola, Palestine lemon lime. Brilliant atmosphere inside and people from all different backgrounds went in while we were there. Worth a visit if you like noodle, curry dishes and if you have any of the main food allergies there should be a dish or two to suit you. You can also order food for takeaway or delivery within a certain distance. I don't like spicy food and my curry was not one bit spicy. My brother got a spicy dish he loved. They are open 3pm to 8.45pm Tuesday to Saturday. They are closed Sunday and Monday. I will definitely be going back to this hidden jem again. The prices are not bad for what you get.

Finally some food in this country that doesn't taste blend! The satay was delicious, such a hidden gem in Cork. There are very few places to sit inside since most people get takeaways, but we managed to find a spot on a busy Saturday evening.

The chef wished us a happy pride, food was delicious :)
