Great location, nice facilities and friendly staff made this a good stay.

Beautiful location, rooms are well appointed, friendly staff. The restaurant is rather average compared to the city standard, however the atmosphere is calm, ideal for elderly people. The hammam and sauna are a real plus but the jacuzzi almost killed our asthmatic friend, it also lacks a diving board for the swimming pool but it's still a plus. The breakfast is well provided, but is not renewed every day, which is a shame. Room level despite rather pleasant comfort, there are still a few downsides: -No brush for the toilets, too bad when your friend has gastro... -The TV is not very practical to start. -Single mattress a little too narrow, I was afraid of falling several times. -The tourist terminal is very practical in addition to having a zoom function. To summarize a good hotel which could be better with small changes.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, reception staff breakfast staff and staff throughout were all very accommodating and helpful. The overall hotel was clean however some cleanliness issues I would like to bring to your attention, the disabled toilets in the foyer is not up to the same standards as the female/male toilets which I think is quiet disappointing. There was burn marks on the baby changing table which I found quiet shocking and something I’d only ever expect to see on a public changing mat due to the nature of why they’d be there. I work in a sector that supports disabled people’s rights and independence in order to strive for equality. I believe your disabled toilet should be of the same standard as your male and female toilets and I hope this is something you will upgrade in the future as I would be hesitant to stay here again as this factor was quiet off putting to my experience

Nice hotel but there are better locally.

Lovely experience at your hotel. All the team members were very kind! The bedroom cleaners, at the bar, the swimming pool and at the reception, where Salva helped us a lot. Would come back for sure!
