Zambero in Douglas , i Found the staff a bit rude at times but I went the last 2 Saturdays and a new lovely Asian (Chinese, I think but apologies if not) girl served me. She Is very friendly and smiles when helping and serving and very polite..another guy with long hair also served my husband behind me and he was very nice and friendly, he had a hat on but hair wasn't tied up..(maybe a hair net or tie it in a ponytail under the hat). 2.20 for extra scoop of protein is also outrageous and extra for gauchomole also considering its a burrito bar.3 of us purchased food and drinks.

I have seen a recent review that is rudely targeted at an employee, even commenting on the employees hair colour. I have always had a lovely experience with all the staff. I felt I should I leave a review of my experience as it has always been positive, I dine at this Zambrero regularly. The staff are really good at balancing online orders with customers that are in person. These places have rules for our own health and safety about products and ingredients used, that’s why they can’t just run to the nearby shop for ingredients, if they are low on something that is an operations issue and not the fault of the staff who are trying their best at the counter. People should consider what they write in reviews, if you would not say this to the people there it shouldn’t be posted online. This Zambrero is fab and all the staff a great and I will gladly let them know this on my next visit as they deserve the positive feedback.
