Top of Hill in Cork

As an out of town (out of country) tourist I did go in expecting that sort of locals-only welcome here. The lights were on, music pumping, tables full, vibes were high. Reminded me of bouncing pubs of yesteryear, community venues, places to go and have fun. It didn't ever feel exclusive though, grabbed my pint, sat at the table near the bogs, and watched the golf with the older crowd. One and done, but one I enjoyed.
