Nice McDonald's, friendly and helpful staff, would recommend

Wasn't hungry. Didn't order anything. Went home and someone almost crashed outside

Nice and clean. Good to stop at to grab something quick to eat. The road markings to get into the car park is a bit confusing if its your first time here as it all seems to point towards drive through.

Always great service and friendly and helpful staff too. Food is always perfect.

I visit McDonald’s in the commons road blackpool almost every day because my autistic children are obsessed with the food and, some days, it’s the only thing they will eat. Unfortunately, the customer service is consistently awful. Staff are often rude, orders are regularly wrong, and today I had to queue through the drive-thru all over again because items were missing. This caused a huge meltdown for my child, which could have been avoided if the order had been checked properly the first time. Families with additional needs already face enough challenges without being met with poor attitudes and careless service. A little kindness and attention would go a long way.
