Marcello's in Cork

Really happy with our food and experience! My food was absolutely bursting with flavour. Love the feel of the restaurant too, the decoration is very cute. Servers were attentive and polite. Great vegetarian and GF options too. Happily recommend to anyone

Great food and professional staff

I was told this is the best pasta in Cork, and it really is one of the best I’ve tried here. I ordered the Carbonara and absolutely loved it 10/10, highly recommend.

Wonderful place, loved the food and atmosphere. The Owner was very friendly and made our customised Pizza. The spinach Ravioli pasta was delicious.

This is probably my own fault for ordering garlic mushrooms for delivery but by the time our food got here every packed bag was covered in grease. It completely soaked through the bags. I’d say it’s half my fault for the choice and half the drivers/chefs fault for not packaging securely. The pizza was really good, one of the best I’ve had. My boyfriend had Marcello’s burger which he really disliked. He said it was covered in grease and the sauce completely sogged up the bun by the time it arrived. I’d say it probably would be better to eat in there, cuz delivery was a bit messy.

Five stars isn't enough!!! I'm Italian. I was passing through Cork and happened upon Marcello's. I felt at home!!! A true piece of Italy in Ireland. Delicious pizza, welcoming place, relaxing atmosphere, even finding parking was easy. The quality of the ingredients is truly excellent, and the pizza dough is exceptional! The owner, Marcello, is a very kind person. If you're looking for a traditional Italian pizza, you're definitely in the right place!!! A word of Italian.

Found this place on a Google search while looking for somewhere nearby to take my Italian partner for a meal. She places a high importance on high quality, fresh, homemade style Italian cooking. It's safe to say that Marcello's did not disappoint. From the extensive vegetarian/vegan options to the comfortable and friendly setting, they couldn't have done better. The cannelloni and ravioli were fantastic, the tomato soup was fantastic and flavourful and the tiramisu was some of the best we've ever had. Could not possibly recommend enough.
