Martine's Quay Street in Galway

Lovely gem in the heart of Galway. We had a great time celebrating my husbands birthday. We enjoyed the food and were very well looked after by the staff.

Delicious meal and reasonable prices!

My first experience at Martine's leaves me very disappointed that we only make it to Galway every 2-3 years. It was truly one of the best meals we have ever had! Mauricio made everything to perfection in the kitchen including the most perfectly cooked Sirloin I've had in ages! Damaris is not only one of the most knowledgeable waiters you'll ever encounter, but he is equally entertaining. His recommendations are spot on and he made for the ultimate experience! We can't thank you enough for a wonderful meal and a great memory!

A sirloin steak, delicious beyond expectation. Duck leg is also a must try. Excellent wine, and at last, but not least real good professional service by a young team, but in the good old traditional way. I was surprised. They made my day! Keep going like this!

Surprised by such a high quality food on the main “touristy” street. Grew up on a sheep farm and the lamb was remarkably well prepared!

Ate here recently and was very impressed. The food was excellent and the service even better. Pate starter was particularly impressive. Portions are generous and although not cheap I found it better value than many of the competitors. Having eaten in many restaurants in Galway recently I would have Martine's easily in the top 10 in Galway and am most certainly looking forward to returning.

Very average experience and am more like to try other restaurants before returning. The good- very polite service. Also, the food was tasty - we had starters and mains (soup, hake, sirloin steak). Some prices however seemed high- 7.50e for a side of veg, for example. Deserts were also expensive at 9.90e each which we ended up skipping.
