Supermac's in Galway

When visiting from Canada a check list item for my sister when in Galway for Chips and a 99.

The girl i think she’s the manager or supervisor is so lovely and good at her job. Treats everybody so well staff and customers even when they’re rude to her.

Great supermacs , great spot for people watching after a night out

I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve been to this Supermacs drunk at 2am and the service is exceptional every single time. Despite how many people are here, the employees are incredibly efficient and kind, and I always get my food very quickly. I cannot recommend this place enough. Everyone who works here is the goat, and I appreciate how much they have fed me on nights out. This place is infinitely better than M*donalds.

Paula was the nicest server ever she was so helpful she deserves everything in life I would come back just for her. Was such an angel

Even in a super busy Saturday evening shift Paula was especially helpful and smiley, made my evening.

A staff member went out of their way to create the best 3 burgers of all time for me

I was in very late at night over February. Noticed a girl barely out of teens in hysteria crying. I was absolutely fantastically impressed with the bouncer on duty. Went out of his way to sit with the young lady. Try to calm her. Treated her with such kindness despite the place being like a mad house. He made sure she was OK and I Noticed he left the shop to walk her over to a taxi. My wife was so so thankful there is faith in humanity. I wanted to ask him his name but it was insanely busy. Very irish looking muscular build. The young man is a credit to the establishment. We've shared this story on many platforms. Teenagers are safe if this kind of bouncer is a common trend in Galway. I give the restaurant 5 stars based on the feel good factor of this act. Well done for having such staff.
