Unfortunately Romayo’s has gone down in quality and customer service. I am reviewing the Maynooth store only hoping this is not what the whole brand looks like now. Waiting times are off the charts, chips are mushy and oily. The app has been updated but the store never uses the status correctly…. We are a long term customer of many Romayo’s stores…. But this one….

Lovely chips and burgers a little pricey but are worth it. They also have pictures of other Romayo's and there open date.

I had a pepperoni pizza out of there which was fairly nice , just a bit scabby on the cheese. But when I asked how long it will take , the man who served me gave a rude reply. The atmosphere is fairly clean , just a bit small though. Thanks.

10/04/2025: We were served by Chloe and have encountered her a few times here. She goes out of her way to help and is so friendly and patient. We saw her working so hard on the floor the entire time we were there , observing what needed to be done and showing initiative the entire time. Incredible customer service from Chloe. Delighted to at last give her a deserving review as we meant to do so before.
