12/06/2026: I would like to compliment Starbucks for the quality of its products and the welcoming atmosphere. Most of the time, I have a great experience in your stores. However, I would also like to share a suggestion. It might be beneficial to have a more balanced team, including more male staff members. On some occasions, I have noticed that certain employees seem unmotivated or in a bad mood, which can affect the quality of customer service. I believe excellent customer service is one of the most important parts of the Starbucks experience, and I hope this feedback can be helpful. Thank you for your attention.

The Grill Restaurant

14/06/2026: The staff here were very welcoming and professional! Our food and dessert came out quickly and were delicious. Junior went above and beyond, making us some lovely coffees to go with dessert. Junior’s service and the restaurant as a whole were spot-on, high recommend!
19/04/2026: Food was good & service quick, even when it was packed in the evening. I cant comprehend some of the negative comments written here.
