The place was clean and had a nice family ambiance. Great for taking the kids out, having a date or just having a quick bite by yourself. Unfortunately I may had a bad day because the food was not as good as I expected. The risotto balls were excellent but the pasta needed more sauce and the edges were very crisp. The service was great. Maybe I'll try it again next time I visit the city.

We arrived without a booking and had to wait for 15mins but well worth the wait. Staff were friendly and apologetic for us waiting (even though it was our own fault). My pizza was delicious, just love the thin crispy base and the wife enjoyed hers too. Would definitely recommend

Pizza was excellen, although not cheap,staff were great but dont bother adding a side to your order. Got the potatoe cubes, nearly 6euro, the amount for your 6euro in the tiny bowl you get it in is a joke. In short... main meals good but expensive, side orders a disgrace

12/08/2023: I honestly couldn't give Bull McCabrs any less than all 5 stars, anyone visiting Cork needs to visit this establishment. We arrived for dinner with our 2 young children, which as any patent knows is tough going at the best of times but our waitress was so good with both children and did so much to make their dining experience a comfortable and happy one. I was disgusted I didn't get her name but she was a gem. We all ordered different dishes and all the food was not only delicious but very generous in portion size which is not the norm anymore. It's spotless clean and has a wonderful interior, we spent so much time looking around at all the little artefacts. One of the best places we have had a family meal in and we will most definitely return.

04/02/2024: I went to this cafe a couple of times. It was beautiful at the first few times, but now the price is getting higher and the food quality isn't as good as it was. Unfortunate.
21/01/2024: Lovely spot. Great food. You may have to wait at busy times so if you have to be somewhere be careful. Sandwiches are made in advance, not to order. Parking can be a bit of a struggle at times.
