McDonald's in Cork

They no longer have an indoor play area. The food was standard.

When we visited this McDonald’s we had one of the best experiences in Ireland. Food came very quickly (under 3 minutes) and the establishment has been freshly renovated. A nice modern fast food joint.

The fastest serving McDonalds in Cork. Probablyyyyy. Anytime we go there. The wait for food in less than 5 minutes. Apart from that it's cosier than the others.

It's McDonald's. Never had a problem at this Ballincollig branch of McDonald's. Service is good, food is good, toilets are clean and kids are always happy with their meals 👍

I had a great experience in Macdonald.

I'm guessing it's all new staff as there was a huge wait although not many people waiting. When I finally got home to eat the food, there was some bits missing . Rang to complain...no answer. We just ate what we had as I didn't feel like going back out and waiting again. Ballincollig branch has gotten very bad

My order number didn't come up on the screen and I waited more than 45mins to get my order

Not for the first time the caramel frappe machine was "broken" On 4 of my last 5 visits here, either they had no frappes or else,, no milkshakes. It just seems to happen each time in this restaurant, as I have never had the issue in any other McDonalds. I have heard anecdotally, from someone working here that the machine needs to be cleaned every so often and nobody wants to do the job. Also, at night, when the problem seems to be at its worst, the machine is cleaned early so the staff can get away "on time" and therefore if anyone asks for a milkshake or similar, the message is that the machine is "broken". Otherwise, the machine needs to be replaced.
