Mcdonalds in Newbridge

Always have a good experience in Mc Donalds, Newbridge. One of the hostesses, Natalia, is wonderful in her job, friendly, recommends new products and a very pleasant person!

I think it's better, safer to have a quick bite here.

Staff nice and friendly. Was able to use the vouchers on the McDonalds app at this location. Just tell them before ordering. Yummy. Got home 5min later and burgers were lets say not hot

Lovely food, drive through was quick

Great to be back open saves driving to Naas. Seems smaller inside but can't go wrong with mcdonals in fairness.

Went there in late evening. food was lovely but could have been faster as they didn’t seem to be that busy. Other than that clean place lovely twice latte!

So went for a mcmuffin last weekend to support the reopening and all that there. Food was as ok as uber commercial fast food can be but the service a shambles. I waited for 5 minutes to have my order taken at the drive through, both speakers were free when I drove up and turned out there were only 3 cars ahead of me. Then another long wait for my food when I got to the collection hatch -a mcmuffin meal with americano so nothing that was out of the ordinary. By this stage there was a Q building behind me as a manager peered out the front door looking flustered. I asked for some salt and for a single meal I was given EIGHT sachets. In the bag FIVE milks and one lonely sugar. Also TEN napkins. All for little old me. Perhaps some tweaking to their waste management training might deter such unnecessary handouts. I figure it's early days with new staff to train and such so maybe my feedback might be beneficial 😉

Service was very slow. A lot of people were complaining. The tables and floors were filthy. Parking is very minimal.

After rising from the ashes, you would think that a fabulous refurbishment would have taken place, but sadly not missed opportunity. Zero atmosphere.

Macdonald's is the best. Glad the Newbridge branch is open now.
