For coffee only. Unfortunately, food not fit for animals but people still think it is. Had to wait 20 minutes for a coffee and it wasn't busy..

Exceptional customer service from Luke today in Ballymena. He took time to check my order and even suggested new items on the menu to try for next time. I don’t come to McDonald’s very often but I think I’ll come back just to be served by him!! 👏

Usually go in first thing in the morning for a coffee and something else 4 days a week. Very quiet but the other day one of the staff came up to me to ask if I was OK. She said she noticed me the day before sitting and just thought she would check on me. I sit by myself before heading to work after catching train. It was really lovely the way she made time to do this and it made me smile. Keep it up

Came in tonight ( Thursday 6th March ) just wanted to make a point in saying that not only was our food perfect but the staff handled multiple horrible customers perfectly. I am embarrassed at how rude and disrespectful customers were tonight over simple mistakes that can happen to anyone especially when it is as busy as it was. Huge shout out to the staff, no one deserves to be spoken to or treated like that at your job.

08/08/2025: I have been going to denjoes for a long time and never in my life had a bad experience going there. I adore love care appreciate respect who works there i appreciate them all and what they do for me means so so much and for little things too. Im so grateful for what they all do and i have so much respect for them they are all so lovely to me no bad word to say about them denjoes is my favourite place to go not just for the food but for the people who work there too thank you all 🤗

26/06/2025: Food was very good, came fast and hot. I recommend to kebab lovers. Great place.
23/02/2025: After paying for food, it was a little bit awkward. Could have been more chicken in the kebab and no chilli sauce, which kinda sucked.
