A traditional pub, probably soon to be over 80 years old. The owner is an absolutely friendly, warm, and generous person. Truly worth a visit, an evening or two. Excellent value for money, and the rest of the staff is also friendly. Thank you.

Had the best evening of our round trip at McDonnells!!! Very, very friendly owner who greeted us with a handshake. You immediately feel welcome. The atmosphere is rustic - that's how I imagined a pub in Ireland. The highlight was the vocal performance with guitar accompaniment. Absolutely amazing! So if you're mobile and in the area, definitely stop by McDonnells, you definitely won't be disappointed.

Very friendly welcome by the landlord. People singing old songs is a delight. Landlord is a hoot.
