McHugh's Pub in Carrick-on-shannon

09/01/2026: We had a family gathering in the Red Bank last Saturday night and the food was delicious. My cousin loved the Buffalo Chicken wings.

22/12/2025: This was my second time there, it's a lovely restaurant and the staff are super, esp the young lad serving on our table. He had a brilliant personality, a manager in the making. The celeraic and chestnut soup was divine, mains & dessert was also beautiful. The only thing I would change is the lighting, too dim, i could hardly see the menu. Apart from that it's worth a visit .
