McHugh's Pub in Carrick-on-shannon

We had a great time the music 🎶 was lovely. The band starts to play at 6:30

Place is small but opens up out the back and has the most beautiful beer garden ever!

Huge venue, open fire, live music attentive staff all that you could ask for top place

Had a lovely evening in here with extended family. Great Guinness and 2 lovely open fires. There's a whole other bar "The Outback" at the rear but that wasn't open when we were there (mid-Feb). The barman was very friendly and, as there was no food on offer at the time, he said we could order in pizzas for delivery, which was very accommodating of him 👍

Such a nice and cozy local pub. Our visit was quite short one, but we really enjoyed it.

We had a great night here. Music was first class. Didn't wait too long when getting a drink. Would definitely recommend this place.

Live music from 3pm on the weekend. Cozy corners in the front and a bigger hall "Outback" with more tables at the rear back, also big TV screens for sports. Smithwick's Red Ale for EUR 5.
