McLeary's in Waterford

Really good food when it comes to fish and seafood.

Great lunch, very accomodating staff, strongly recommend their brie filled filo pastry. Not so sure about chicken wings, they were a bit tasteless.

We heard from this restaurant online. We had no reservations. On a Friday afternoon at 5 pm. We could take a seat immediately. We ordered the soup of the day as an entry, a seabass, seafood pie, and a dessert of pudding and rhubarb pie. We enjoyed it very much, delicious 5 out if 5 for the food. Staff friendly and great atmosphere 👌

Eating at this restaurant was truly an experience. I have the scallops and prawn gratin and it was fantastic. The scallops and prawns were so very tender and the cream sauce complimented it all very well. The service was wonderful. I will recommended this place to anyone going to Waterford .

Welcoming pub with great food. Everything we had was very delicious and the pricing is okay, maybe a bit high but the portions are generous - particularly for dessert. I'd recommend anyone looking for a good place with classic pub fare done very well to head here.

This is a great little restaurant with a super selection of meat and seafood and a kids menu. The Seafood pie was outstanding.

I had dinner in this lovely restaurant today and it was such a great experience from start to finish. All of the staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable straight away. The food was absolutely amazing!!! I ordered the traditional fish and chips and it completely blew me away! The atmosphere was cosy, and really comforting, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal. I would 100% recommend this restaurant overall the experience was fantastic and I will definitely be returning soon! 😃

The best place to go in Waterford, food and atmosphere is always great. “Chicken” is a great host. Steak is always cooked just right and great portion sizes. Highly recommend
