We had fantastic evening at McSorleys. We came with our baby and pram and were so warmly welcomed and excellently looked after the whole time. Great food, great food, excellent service. Will definitely be back.

Amazing night for the last episode of The Summer I turned Pretty! There was theme cocktails and food, a menu created for the event and the night was just filled with love and laughter. Thank you to the all team and big shout out to Júlia

Only in for a drink around 9:30 pm Fri 19th Sept but there was an amazing member of staff..Maru...who was the only person who never stopped working/moving....seriously all other staff stood around, chatting, no interest in the business at all! No idea if Maru was in a senior position but if not...she should be. I actually was reluctant to leave a tip knowing Maru would personally receive so little and she was the only person of note. She is an absolute treasure. Marian

Fabulous bar. Had 2 great night's here. Fabulous bar staff and music. Group of 8 ladies - all complemented the lovely staff. Did not get the chance to each here but will come back.

22/01/2026: I was last here in January of 1999, and from the photos, it seems like it is exactly was it was then, and countless years before. A wonderful place to have a drink or a pint.
13/01/2026: The Guinness was absolutely brilliant – one of the nicest pints I’ve had in Dublin. The interior is gorgeous, with really high ceilings, dark wood everywhere, and that proper historic feeling you want from a city pub. It feels cosy without being cramped, and there’s a nice buzz without it being loud. I’d recommend it for a date night or a chill night with friends when you actually want to talk and enjoy a great pint. Friendly punters and staff. A real gem just off Grafton Street.

Halfway House

05/10/2025: Had a lovely meal on Sunday. Staff are fantastic. Make sure to either book a table or get there before 1pm as it fills very quickly. That's the only quibble I would have.
01/10/2025: Great pub. Many's a pint had there.Never ask the owner for a bag of ice as its very precious to him.
