Clean, big, comfortable room. Good bathroom. Good Breakfast. Nice building and decoration. Quite. Walk to town center a bit long. If you have a car or if you have no plans to go to town, it's not an issue.

The hotel is really beautiful and the bedding is perfect. The bathroom is not great, it needs a good refresh. Breakfast is served but there is a very small buffet where you can also help yourself but the restocking takes a very very very long time or not at all. We were relatively early but already empty especially in terms of fruit salads. The restaurant and bar: top

A very large hotel with quality services. The rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast is very good. The bar offers food service until 9 p.m. The staff is attentive and caring.

The rooms were very nice and led up to my expections, but the receptionist Said they had a cooperation with a gym and swimming center close by, but when we came to the center we needed to pay extra in order to get in. Otherwise the gym and swimming the rooms and cleanliness was very nice🙂

Excellent hotel. Very tastefully decorated and very clean. Staff very efficient and helpful. Both evening meal and breakfast were suberb. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely stay in it again

Nice traditional hotel, family run hotel, approx 20 minite walk from Tralee centre. Very popular with tourists. The room was huge and had everything needed for a comfortable stay, only disappointment was the tantalising jacuzzi bath which didn't work. Bar staff let the bar down badly. No banter, not even hello or thank you. Example: asked one of them for ice in my drink. Two small melted lumps added. Politely asked for some more and it was like I insulted his mother! Young guys who didn't want to be there. On the other hand, young ladies in the breakfast room were cheery, welcoming and efficient. The lads could do with some coaching by the girls. Overall, very pleasant stay.
