Nice book store. But I expected a little better of a selection than what they had for a bookstore a big and centrally located. I know the bookstore business can be tough, but I expected a little more than this. We were even looking for a specific book that was listed as available on their website. The staff were kind enough to look it up, but once they found that they didn't have it in stock they just stopped. They didn't offer to order it in or explain how we could order it on the website. Nothing. Just "no we don't have it." So that was also a little disappointing on the customer service front.

In this video, the Eason stationery store appears, which is very large and has everything and more. The population of Cork all know this stationery store. The quality is very good and very serious. The workers are all very helpful. This stationery store changed location not long ago because it was located across the road near the SAVOY construction site. It probably moved for reasons only the management knows, but it is much better. They made a good choice: books, notebooks, pencils, everything for children and adults for school and other things like diaries. Very good indeed. 100% guarantee.

Costa

29/08/2025: I've been a Costa customer for many years, especially this one. I often compare going to Costa for a coffee, or espresso, to going to church on Sundays. The difference is that it's become a routine here to go every day in the late afternoon, catch up with colleagues, and spend a couple of hours here at Costa. It has a beautiful terrace, and inside, there are many tables. The staff are all professionals, but they don't wait on tables. You can use the Wi-Fi, after all. It's a place to have a good time and a meeting point. I wish you the best of luck and many years of success.

Bartys Take Away

25/09/2025: Haven't got Barties in along time,i got it on a random night passing 2wks back and food was savage,got it tonight aswell and was worth putting in the review,a notified 40 mins delivery time through online order which was on time, lovely grub 👍
29/08/2025: There isn't many traditional chip shops left in Cork but barties ,is one of the very few left around, for both local and visitors alike is well worth a visit, I highly recommend the quarter burger, one of the best you ever eat, and really friendly staff
