Milano in Cork

We were looking for some different place where we could eat (family of 4). Struggling between different type of cuisines... And then I noticed "Milano" I told to my lads "lets we go and try... I know it's just a pizza place, but why not this time...". When we walked in we didn't have to wait long for a table, even place was busy enough. - Welcome customer service - very good. - Order customer service - very good. - Food safety - all good. - Food wating time service - 25mins (4 pizzas, drinks) in a busy time - in my opinion very good and we were updated few times about our food status. - Pricing wise - happy :) As I wrote at the beginning "I know it's just a pizza place..." but lads, trust me :) this is "just a pizza place" to which you want to and you will come back :) Really tasty and I/We really enjoyed every bite :) Thank you for the delicious food and good customer service :)

The service leaves something to be desired; you have to be on your toes all the time to get them to serve you. Just as we say "bad," so does "good." They have delicious wings and finger-licking garlic butter.

Milano is one of Cork's Italian restaurants, well-known for its typical Italian dishes, with pizza being its strong point, and other Italian dishes. This is where the flaw lies, for me, despite this restaurant being good and highly recommended. Sometimes it's better to have a simple menu than to have many dishes, but it's very difficult to satisfy all the needs, and ultimately, the customers suffer. I had pizza at Milano, and it was good, but I've had better. Milano has enormous potential for growth, especially because its reputation is already there and has already won over Cork. However, sometimes it's better for the chef to not serve a dish because it's lacking something than to serve it and then have people complain.

It was ok I guess, but waiting 45 min for 2 pizzas with the place pretty empty was really disappointing.

Service was great, nice atmosphere, but I was a bit disappointed with the food, usually we have pasta and pizza, no problem, but this time I have tried their sea food and polenta chips. The battered calamari wasn't crispy and it had that thin skin that can be annoying, the polenta chips were mushy, not well fried and the prawns overall was okay, but they were so tiny that I couldn't barely taste it,that is definetely not the standard I would expect for Milano.

Everything is perfect. Service is amazing, food comes quick and is delicious. The atmosphere is perfect. Perfect place to get some quality Italian food.

¡La pizza correcta, vino caliente y deliciosa! Tenía la pizza de verduras que tenía un montón de verduras en ella, las salsas estaban bien equilibradas. Mi hija disfrutó de la pasta.
