Staff have a lot to learn in terms of customer service . Also cleanliness of the glasses and cutlery left alot to be desired. I picked up 5 glasses before I got one that was reasonable clean. I opted to drink from the bottle instead. Cutlery was wet or had water marks on it and hadn't been polished. These are basic things. Food was OK but its just microwavable food.
