Basic overpriced food. Very loud environment. Nice staff

Had dinner and drinks there Friday and Saturday nights great place food was excellant .

Underwhelming and disappointing - despite booking a table earlier in the evening, we were sat at a table beside a fire exit that was open for most of the time we were there, despite numerous other settings that were free and being told the door would be open for a few minutes while guests at an event were being served cake. Food was edible (just) with dry beef burgers (frozen?) and dry chicken burgers (frozen?) with frozen chips - staff were polite and service fine but must be considered in the context of the poor table with multiple alternatives - will not be coming back 👎🏻

Staff training needs to be improved. Multiple times, especially if you are sitting outside, staff will not come out to check for over 10/15 minutes and often times will walk in and out without looking left or right to see if anyone needs anything. You then end up having to walk inside to order. Service and food is slow more 80% of the time I have been there. Aside from that, Food is usually very tasty.

Very pleasant place, attentive service and tasty food

Amazing view of Lough Derg. Fast and friendly service. Ample options and some are on the upper 20 euro limit while burgers are pizza are in and around 18. Nice vibe on a warm sunny day sitting outside. The interior is well maintained, the toilets do not offer sanitary products.

It is nice restaurant with great view from terrace and restaurant. They have greater choice of food on menu. Only food was average.

Overall we had a good experience. Although there was some slight delays with food and drinks orders. Having said that, we arrived unannounced as a mixed coach load of Irish and French. We were accomodated as well as could be, at short notice. The outside restaurant was quite busy on our arrival. But the staff managed to seat us as close together as was possible. I would recommend Flanagans.

Large portions but tasteless, nice service, place with a nice view of the river, the garden needs renovation, I don't recommend it just for the view
