Millstone Restaurant in Dublin

I went with my family for my wife’s Birthday dinner. The place was amazing and would definitely go back. 3 of the 4 in our party had the fillet with the 4th person having the salmon. We had 4 starters and 4 alcoholic beverages. The total cost was around 260 euros. The price was fine but my only complaint and this may be a culture issue, but for that amount of money why do you serve instant mashed potatoes? The food was good and this is just a small issue.

Lovely food but was so disappointed by the attitude. Spent a lot of money for 10 people and normally at any restaurant in the world!!! Get a limoncello or aperitif after the meal. Refused and was going to charge us!!! Disgusting and would stop me from going back on principle. Good luck to you!

Coeliac Friendly! They had a menu with COELIAC on it - and it was delicious in every way. Highly recommend this restaurant, first time in a long time I've not felt like a 'problem' when ordering.

Been lots of times. Was a bit disappointed this time Fish not crispy batter soggy on inside. Potato cold.

The food in this place was excellent, and the menu had a great selection, and the staff were nice. However, I won't be returning due to the service charge automatically applied to the bill for a table of 2 people. Tipping should be an optional thing for exceptional service. Pay your staff correctly and dont bring crazy American normalities to Irish dining experiences. I was really disappointed with that

Very inviting restaurant with a very impressive menu. Had the vegetable soup to start, and it was delucious, well seasoned, and presented in an earthenware bowl with crusty bread on the side. For main course it had to be the Venison stew. Probably the best stew I have ever had. The meat was beautifully cooked, tender and well seasoned. Well done to the chef and I would highly recommend this dish.

Delicious lunch on a cold windy day in Dublin. Highly recommend the Burger and Frites. Lovely ambiance & friendly staff.
