Millstone Restaurant in Dublin

Absolutely phenomenal experience, service was next level - we had a last minute change to our dining party on a holiday and the staff went well out of the way to take care of us. I am GF and there were clear gluten free options and the food was superb!! Atmosphere was festive and unparalleled - highly, highly recommend!

A superb find in a big city - we booked online based on reviews - and how this wonderful restuarant looked on the reviews. It was a fantastic find on our main night in Dublin celebrating a friends 50th Birthday. We had the Christmas menu and we wernt dissapointed. The staff we're all superb, the food was filling and beautifully presented - a feast for the eyes as well as the tastebuds. We had a great time - thanks to the Chef's and witing staff you made the evening all the mroe memorabel by being so good at what you do!

Great food, atmosphere and service. Decor is beautiful and food is great. I was nervous eating the gluten free garlic bread as I almost couldn't believe it was gluten free! The closest thing to "normal" bread I've tasted. It seemed too good to be true. A top choice, especially for Coeliacs, in dublin. Really impressed with the food and will be back to try more on the menu soon.

A busy christmas weekend; Saturday night. The food was gorgeous, i ordered the steak, christmas menu wasn’t too varied so id check it out before booking but if you like steak, definitely one of the best steaks in Dublin. One of the waiters, Matheus, I’d give a particular mention to for his excellent** service. He was not our waiter but made sure that even though there was a busy christmas party on our floor that we were well attended to. Good food and good service: will be back and would recommend. Again, a special thanks to Matheus.

The restaurant looks small but it could accommodate a number of guests. The food is absolutely amazing. The menu is not overwhelming. The price is very affordable for the quality, taste, experience, the portion. It’s a gem! Would definitely go back again.

I went here with friends to celebrate a special occasion. We booked as we have previously done so. Service was slow but to be fair it was busy. We had our starters and mains which was excellent as usual. The young girl serving us was polite and professional. Unfortunately when we went to order desert and another bottle of wine the MANAGER told us he wanted the table back in 15 minutes. We questioned this as we were only there just over an hour. His reply was less than courteous when he told us we could eat our deserts in 15 minutes. Needless to say we cancelled this and left. To say he was unapologetic and dismissive is an understatestement. I have been going here for over 20 years and have never been treated so poorly (in any restaurant). At no stage was there a mention of a time limit and even when we were leaving there were empty tables 20.15pm.
