Mister S in Dublin

Food on this occasion was just not up to par, this is normally one of my go to places where you are sure of a great meal but the wagyu special was particularly tough and the hispy cabbage side was a real let down.

We went Mister S for my partner's birthday. Food was amazing and they got us lovely polaroid photo! We'd love to come back there sometime soon ❤️

I had a lovely meal here with friends & family for my 50th on April 1st. The staff were nothing short of fantastic and the food nothing short of superb. Lovely venue too, perfect in fact!! When I’m back in Dublin (and I will be) I will definitely call back in. Keep up the great work!! Des 🙂x

A Silver Lining in Dublin, the best nights are the ones you didn’t plan. After a cancelled gig left us overnight in Dublin with an empty evening, we managed to snag a fortunate last-minute booking at Mister S, and honestly? We might have enjoyed it more than the concert. We took our seats & it was clear that this isn't just another grill house, this place is what all the others want to be. A masterclass in open-fire cooking. Every bite was impressive. The burnt end spring rolls are in a league of their own. They are a mandatory order next time we visit, smoky, rich, and perfectly crisp. The mains continued to impress us! Piri Piri Chicken which is often an underwhelming or safe choice elsewhere, but here it was elevated with moist chicken breast, the perfect level of heat that lingered without overpowering the flavor. I witnessed absolute carnivore perfection with my bone in sirloin. It was cooked exactly as requested, boasting a deep, caramelized crust and a melt-in-the-mouth interior. The atmosphere is intimate & relaxed, the service is sharp & professional, and the kitchen clearly knows their way around a flame. If you're going to find yourself in the city, do yourself a favor and get a table here, don't leave it to the last minute! Highly recommended.

We had one of the best dining experiences in a long time at Mister S. The food is outstanding and our server Rebecca was exceptional with her suggestions and overall service. We will definitely be back.

Great small restaurant … super food, service and vibes from the moment we walked in. All the mains are cooked over coals and wood so you get spectacular food including some ace side orders (def try the Hispi cabbage!) Give this place a try you won’t regret it.

Fantastic food, highly recommended! The service was a little bit slow, especially when you are limited to a time slot at the table to begin with. Overall a great experience!

We had a lovely meal in your place last night. It was a special night for my wife’s 40th birthday and it was on point in all aspects from the staff, service and the food. I can say we will be definitely be back and will be highly recommending to friends and family. Thanks again.

I've been before and had an amazing experience, but I never expected that would be topped. First off, the atmosphere itself is cosy and intimate. Tables aren't pushed too closely together and the unassuming exterior means people walking past aren't drawn to look in. The kitchen is open to diners which really adds to the experience. The servers are lovely and helpful and really went to extra mile for a birthday (candle on dessert and a birthday Polaroid....without even making a request!). They were also so attentive to every need without being overly noticed which is the mark of good service. Finally the food....I can't praise it enough. The quality is second to none and I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. Couldn't have higher praise
