Fabulous lunch at Mitchell’s today. Wonderful fresh oysters, delicious open prawn and smoked salmon sandwich on wheaten bread. Great service.

Outstanding in every way! Squeezed us in without a booking. Food was delightful. Locally sourced Irish ingredients cooked with a twist to bring out the flavours and to really give the tastebuds a treat. Deserving of all the 5 star Reviews.

We had an enjoyable dinner experience thanks to the pleasant service and atmosphere. However, shucking oysters requires greater care as mine had shells in the oyster meat. The espresso after the meal was subpar.

We had a fab dinner here on their first night back open for the season last week. Food was lovely & great value, staff were attentive and friendly and the general atmosphere was warm and inviting. Highly recommend if you're in Clifden, we wouldn't hesitate in going back again!

Had dinner for 8. The food was amazing and the service was great. Calamari was perfect. Irish chicken with creamy mushroom sauce was great. Finished off with salted caramel crème brûlée.

14/03/2025: Lovely little restaurant.i dined here for my full Irish breakfast before heading back to Donegal after camping in clifden ego beech ,I have been coming to connamera for About 20 years now and this is my go to for my full Irish .it was so yummie devious and fresh staff come to the table pretty quick very friendly staff at that. If it's a nice Irish breakfast your after this is the place to come to.i have often eaten here in the evening for a to die for fish and chips.scrumpious staff lovely and friendly.i can't fault it lovely grub all round.
01/03/2025: Superb fish and chips. My sister ordered the special of beef roast and potatoes. Very hard to cut with knife given and gristly.
