Absolutely love Mocha Beans! The coffee is out of this world, and Hugo and Michaela in the Salthill branch are just the best — always so lovely and they make the best latte ever. Such a great vibe every time I go in! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

18/11/2025: The place has three floors, but it mainly operates as an art gallery. In my opinion, it should be takeout only since they don't have a restroom for customers. There's no comfortable space to sit and enjoy your coffee. They serve your drinks in paper cups, and the staff isn't very friendly. Or maybe it was just the day; I don't know. We found it expensive considering the regular coffee is actually quite small. It's quaint, but nothing more than that. The coffee I ordered was cold for my taste, although that's just my personal preference. I wouldn't go back.
14/11/2025: Amazing coffee! There is a lot of art and places to sit on two levels above the ground floor.

The Skeff

09/09/2025: Authentic pub with fantastic food! Service was rather mediocre.
09/09/2025: The Skeff is part of the The Skeffington Arms Hotel. Food was very good. The Seafood Chowder and a couple of (non!) Stout beers from other parts of Ireland were a welcomed change of pace. IPA's, actually. One from Letterkenny, and the other from Kill, County Kildare. Other than the service being just a tad slow, it was (overall) very good. And the live music was magical this night. Okay...Not exactly magical, but covers from bands/artists that everyone knows, sung by a group of a youngish band of 3 called The Groev. They did a great job, actually.
