Montenotte Bistro in Cork

Had an incredible stay at the Montenotte Hotel – easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Ireland. The views over Cork are stunning, the design is chic and inviting, and every detail has clearly been thought through. A special shout-out to Erin, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable – so warm, helpful, and professional. She truly made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Can’t wait to return!

What a beautiful hotel in the City of Cork! My wife and I had a lovely stay. We really enjoyed the grounds and pool. Everyone was incredibly hospitable. Ken at the door had great recommendations!

The boutique hotel was lovely up on a hill. We were surprised by the location since we drove there and the drive up was narrow and turned to a single lane for two ways. It could take a bit of time climbing up there and down depending on traffic. The service staff were professional and nice. They helped with our luggage. Was slightly disappointed with the cinema experience. The show was lagging and it was hard to find someone to fix the screening issues. But the seats were luxurious and comfortable - they even have options for us to order popcorns and drinks. Would be a perfect date night if the screening was mended by someone. The Glasshouse is absolutely stunning with outdoor fireplace and when it lit up at night - it looks picturesque.

This is hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff was incredibly nice, the food was of a quality I'd never known could be possible, the grounds were well kept, and each area had it's own feeling. I had one of these best cocktails at The Glasshouse. I didn't get a chance to check out the cinema but they had a great listing of daily films (new and classic).

Amazing hotel experience. If staying in Cork, Ireland, this is a MUST.

I recently had a quick visit to the hotel for a drink to be greated by a friendly face her name was debbie all the staff where phenomenal but by far she stood out the most with her bar skills and manor I'd highly recommend visiting for a drink as the warmth and friendly ness amongst staff would make you enjoy a quiet drink 🙌🙌🙌

We had Mother’s Day set menu lunch in the hotel, we’re from Cork but have never been to the hotel for food. I must say the food, staff and setting was excellent, really enjoyed the afternoon, would go back in a heartbeat

We lived in room 158 on the 1st floor, every 3 minutes there was a hum from the water pump, even in the middle of the night it woke us up, it took us a month to get used to it ((The pump was old, apparently. The room had almost everything you needed, the only thing that is unclear is why they didn’t put a hanger for coats and a cabinet for shoes in such a large corridor (The location is excellent, swimming pool, gym, everything was included in the price, cleaning once a week is also not bad, but judging by Apparently, the vacuum cleaner is old, it doesn’t suck almost anything, because we once vacuumed with ours and were surprised at how much dust there was in the carpet ((I will say that many things require replacement or repair, for the overall picture and a hotel of this level, but in general everything is fine, given the housing crisis in Ireland.

Loved this hotel! The staff was amazing and anticipated every need. The hotel is situated just off the city center and a short walk to shopping, dining and public transportation. The grounds are beautiful to walk as well. I will certainly be going back!

El hermoso restaurante en el Montenotte Hotel en Cork es mi restaurante favorito en cualquier lugar de Irlanda. La comida es siempre de primera calidad y el personal muy profesional. Hay una vista panorámica del puerto de Cork y los hermosos jardines victorianos debajo de los cuales todo se suma al disfrute de la comida en este magnífico restaurante. En mi reciente visita me trataron como una reina. Rohan, el chef vegano muy talentoso, me creaba platos fantásticos cada noche que eran una delicia para comer. Él y el resto del personal de catering me mimaron mientras estaba allí. Muchas gracias a todos. Muchas gracias también a Ken, el conserje muy acogedor, que amablemente me acompañó a mi mesa. Una experiencia fantástica de principio a fin.
