Nice airy pub with a surprisingly large beer garden outback Sometimes they have Trad music and the bar staff are always very friendly. You can bring food in from outside.

08/01/2025: Barties is a brilliant traditional fish and chips shop. The staff are lovely, portions are good. Taco chips to die for, best in Cork City
27/10/2024: Staying in cork for the bank holiday weekend and decided to stop in here for a little bank holiday treat. Absolutely beautiful food, great friendly staff also. Highly recommend. 10/10

04/03/2025: The atmosphere is bright & cheery and all of the staff are great. The Guinness was poured superbly with just enough head to be perfectly refreshing! I would suggest a definite stop here if you're looking for a "happening",l fun Irish pub! I didn't order any food, so I can't speak to that.
02/03/2025: Really nice pub, could spend a few hours there and have a nice time. Didn't have food and was there for a comedy show.
