Honestly this review goes out to this establishments most entertaining character Fionn.
Hilarious individual, made us feel welcomed and recommended some spots around to get a decent meal, following his recommendation my girlfriend and I had a lovely night.
Gave us his honest opinions on all the different flavours, let us try whatever we wanted, and had a wonderful chat with him at the same time.
Came for the ice cream, stayed for Fionn.
Shoutout to that fella.

Such a cute shop! The workers were so kind and offered to let us taste as many flavors as we wanted! I have a nut allergy and they took a new container out to scoop just for me! A great space and very accommodating!

Infiltrating the rainy streets of Galway, I found myself drawn to a beacon of dairy excellence that could chill even the most heated pursuit. It’s a high-level laboratory for frozen flavor that would make Mr. Freeze jealous.
The investigation began at the counter, where the staff possesses a friendliness that's almost suspicious luckily, they aren't working for the Joker. They were university students! After a thorough interrogation of the menu, I settled on the "Irish Brown Bread." It’s a flavor profile as complex as a riddle from Edward Nygma. sweet & creamy.
The texture is the real hero here. It’s smoother than a Batarang's flight path, achieved through a process that uses real cream and milk from local Kerry cows. No shortcuts, no fillers—just pure, concentrated justice for the taste buds. tourists and locals alike flocked to the door like citizens to a Bat Signal. While I didn't see any penguins, the temperature of the treats was certainly sub-zero enough to satisfy any cryogenically frozen villain.
Detective Tips:
• The "Tasting" Tactic: Utilize your right to sample. The staff encourages intel-gathering. Start with the Brown Bread flavor it’s an unconventional masterpiece.
• The Rainy Day Retreat: The interior is compact. If the Galway skies open up (and they will), secure your perimeter early or prepare to take your scoop to go under a sturdy umbrella.
BEWARE OF...
• Brain Freeze: Inhale your scoop too quickly and you’ll be as incapacitated as a thug in a smoke pellet cloud. Pace yourself, detective.
• The Long Queue(line): During peak hours, the line can stretch down the block. Deploy your patience or visit during the "early bird" window to avoid the civilian crowds.
Final Verdict: Murphy’s is a tactical necessity for any hero navigating the West of Ireland. It’s authentic, bold, and worth every Euro-cent.
Rating: 🦇🦇🦇🦇🦇 (Five out of five bats - A legendary scoop for a legendary city.)

banging ice cream. Had the chocolate whiskey and Irish cream, and I’ll be thinking about it forever now. didn’t get to ask for their names but had a great chat with both of the staff (someone who lived in Lyon for a while and one of the most beautiful lady I’ve ever seen, thick accent couldn’t get anything she was saying lol loved it)
