Murphy's Rock in Cork

I was in Murphy’s rock a few weeks ago with friends and had a great time. I had the pleasure of dealing with a lovely mannerly young lady on the till named Jessica she was so helpful with everything she reassured me that she was also there if I had any further enquiries about anything, I must say she represented the place fantastically, the staff on the floor and bar were also very friendly, attentive and polite. The food was absolutely delicious therefor I will definitely return to this place.

Always 5 star food, music, staff and atmosphere!

Recently dined at Murphys Rock and was thoroughly impressed. The roast beef was incredibly tender. The sandwiches were fresh, well-prepared, and bursting with flavour. While I was disappointed that the apple pie was unavailable, the cheesecake more than made up for it. It was creamy, perfectly balanced, and an absolute treat to end the meal on a sweet note. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience that I highly recommend!"

Very good service and helpful staff

The security staff on Friday asked did we have a booking the bar was very quite he was throwing his shapes around for some reason when he realised we go here a lot he backed off but was been a bit of a so in so. The food in this bar is top class The staff usually are brilliant. Security fella has an attitude he would want to check who is been rude to in future. Update we went back and i feel this time someone spoke with security way more professional and great atmosphere

Had carvery here on Sunday, have to say it was lovely, can't fault any of it plus staff were great has to be up there as one of the best for carvery

I wouldn't go any where else the food is superb the staff are fantastic and the atmosphere is unreal top notch keep up the great work guys 🥰🥰

I was at Murphys rock on the 2nd of July for a funeral and I have no complaints. The soup that was served first was hot and delicious, and the food served after this the exact same with large portions, which was great as we are a large family. All the servers were very professional and did a great job at keeping everything in order. Although one server made an impression was Jessica, she was so kind and made sure to check in on us multiple times, she made sure that there wasn’t any empty plates or glasses on the tables which was very professional and was great as there was small children with us. She was so helpful throughout our visit and she always had a smile on her face which really made a difference to a sad occasion. She was great with the small kids making sure that they had everything they needed. We couldn’t be happier with the service.
