Lovely pub great grub and great staff

Was there for lunch for my sisters 80th, there was 20 of us and it was perfect 👌

Now, THiS is how you do a carvery lunch. Chef Donal’s generous portions, loads of choice of meats ( or fish) on the menu, plentiful supply of veg and types. 25 euro for main course carvery selection and dessert. Equally large choice of desserts to choose from. Fully serviced bar with huge selection of local and international brews and drinks available. Sport enthusiasts have the big screens to watch if interested which are on low volume during lunch. The staff are super friendly from the front door to service and kitchen. The venue were very accommodating of our wheel- chair guest in our party. There is loads of parking outside. We came in, in the height of Sunday carvery lunch at 1.30pm without a reservation and were seated in minutes despite the restaurant being bustling with punters. Wow, wow, wow.

Kind and knowledgeable staff, great food, ideal location. We had our staff lunch here, and everything was great. I highly recommend the Murphy's Rock Bar, and we will more than likely return.
