In the average. Food is acceptable but you have to wait too much, even over an hour to eat. The restaurant wasn't full but they forgot about us.

A very unique pub. When you arrive, you choose the spot you like best, or whatever's left. You can self-serve by picking up the menu, then go to the counter and order. When you pay, you'll be assigned a number to display on your table. Then, enjoy the evening with live music almost always starting at 9:00 PM.

Had a great lunch listening to Trad Session

Festherblade steak to die for. Just beautiful washed down with equally beautiful pints of Guinness. All this and more with the fabulous family staff.

Had a fab lunch in here on a Wednesday afternoon with my Mum. We had the buffalo chicken wings which were divine - crispy & saucy!! The fish pie was really good as was the tagine - they were generous with the fish. Service was amazing, the girls were great, so attentive and informative re the menu. Can’t wait to go back!

After two days in Dublin and many pubs visited, my son and I—who came to Ireland mainly for our passion for this kind of place—finally experienced true Irish hospitality here! The waitresses were very kind and attentive, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was truly Irish, with many cheerful people enjoying good food and drinks together. The fish was delicious, the beer excellent, and the brownie with ice cream was also great. Thank you, O'Connells Pub, for making us finally feel like we were in the Ireland we had always dreamed of. Dopo due giorni a Dublino e diversi pub frequentati, io e mio figlio che siamo venuti in Irlanda soprattutto per la nostra passione per questo tipo di locali, qui abbiamo sperimentato la vera ospitalità irlandese! Le cameriere molto gentili e attente, il servizio ottimo e l'atmosfera veramente Irlandese con tante persone allegre che si godevano il buon cibo e il bere in compagnia. Buonissimo il pesce, ottima la birra e anche il brownie con gelato. Grazie O'Connells Pub per averci fatto sentire finalmente nell' Irlanda che sognavamo.
