The Old Oak. Is a Fine big bar on Oliver Plunkett Street in Centre of Cork Centre! Not far from GPO. A Lively place plenty of live Music and big selection of alcoholic beverages and Cocktails from their 3 or 4 Bars! You can eat here too! Friendly staff sometimes. Good Atmosphere usually but can get very Busy in the Evening. There is Live Sport on their wide screen TVs too! Great place for Groups Couples or on your own! Bit Pricey for a pint of Guinness.

We had a lovely time in Cork and visited the Old Oak when we were there Food and service was excellent 👌

Arrived at1.30 pm approx. Ordered tea for one , 2 drinks, 2 toasted sandwiches and a wrap. The 2 drinks came, no tea. Toasted sandwiches came with chips that were cold. No cutlery, no tissues. No tea either. When asked about tea the bar staff member asked who did I order from. Tea came well after ghe food. Sandwich was not cut either. Service here is not good. This was a mid week day, not very busy. We have been here before and it was much better experience. Sadly this was not a good experience.

Haven't been here for over 20 years. Hasn't changed a bit but that's a good thing. Fine sized bar with mixed clientelle.
