Olde Post Inn in

Our family had a wonderful lunch at the Olde Post Inn - everything from the super warm welcome, atmosphere, cozy open fire, menu and service was superb. We were a table of 12 including three small children and every need was catered for! Super cozy and delicious food! Thank You 🙏

Have been here a number of times, and it's more style than substance. Food disappointing again. Average at best and expected more for where it is trying to pitch itself.

Absoluty amazing restaurant & service Lamb was extraordinary, seabass as well. Delicious desserts. Complimentrary starters or desserrs - fantastic. And wonderful climate inside of the restaurant

My wife and I went for a long awaited post lockdown night away last Saturday night, July 3rd at the Olde Post Inn. We are both vegetarian, and I'm coeliac which makes choosing restaurants tricky. We did some research online, and the Olde Post Inn came highly recommended. We were treated like royalty for the entire experience The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The chef put on a special taster menu just for us based on our requirements, and it was absolutely delicious. Fresh, and beautifully cooked and presented. We bought the cookbook, and some of the gluten free bread after a superb breakfast the next morning. This place is a gem. We will certainly be returning!

Food is an experience that you will not forget. The service matches perfectly the experience. Highly recommended.

My favourite restaurant in Ireland!

Simply, spectacular. Never quite had such a lovely dining experience in a long time. From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted and asked to take a seat in the conservatory while we got a drink and looked at the menu. After we ordered we were guided to our table in a quaint intimate setting with stove fire. The service and food was exquisite. 5 stars all round. A faultless experience.

We were a group of three eating here on a Sunday. I can genuinely say that this was one of the best eating and good mood restaurants I've been to. The experience is genuinely amazing. From arriving in the amazing setting, to the warm welcome, fantastic service, and beautiful food, it was all amazing. The restaurant is large enough that tables are spread distant enough from neighbouring tables that you don't feel crowded, but the crackling fire and smell of peat mahe it warm and cosy. Well done and we'll definitely be back soon.

Amazing quality food and service. All dishes were well prepared and presented. I was lucky enough to get a taste of every dish on the table and I must say I liked all of them! But I would especially recommend the smokies for starters and the partridge for main!
