O'Reilly's Fish & Chips in Cork

I've very mixed feelings about this place. The food here is always good. The only problem I have, is that I ordered a burger without onions and when I got it, those evil things were there. Im allergic to onions. I returned the burger and the guy admitted his mistake and cooked me another one. There is only 1 person working here. He has to do the prep work, take the orders, cook your meal and take payments. To be honest, that's pretty impressive. Maybe they should employ an other assistant

Waited 20 minutes for a bag of chips while everyone behind us was served. Terrible level of service.

I love O’Reilly’s! But my recent order last night with pals was very disappointing. I’m always appreciative of their quality but not sure if it was a blip or new staff in training but the fish and chips - fish was bready.. almost soggy. No crisp at all. And not sure if its a branch price difference but the hake and chips - you’ve to pay extra for dip and peas?.. the one near kingsley or bandon they didn’t charge. It was just a bit surprising as well to see the other poor reviews. Hope they turnaround!

Great local takeaway place. Open late at night. Good variety of food, Reasonably priced. Recommend for late night food to take back to your hotel.

Decent take away with a good selection of options, including a tasty vegan burger. The chips are reasonable.
